Facility Use Request Form
The Pastorate of Prince of Peace and St. Francis de Sales facilities are intended for the use of Parish Sponsored events or events sponsored by Groups associated with the Parish. Our facilities are not available to rent for private events/parties. Please submit the form at least two weeks prior to the event or program. Email the completed form to Linda.Midwig@archbalt.org .
