STAND TRAINING STAND training is required for all employees of St. Francis de Sales and the Archdiocese of Baltimore. STAND training and all associated paperwork is required for all volunteers with significant contact with children. STAND training is available on line and at the parish office. WORTHY OF THE CALL Worthy of the Call training is required for all youth volunteers ages 14 – 17 that have significant contact with children while volunteering. Worthy of the Call training for youth ages 14-17 is available thru the parish office.
