Christopher Walker, an internationally known lecturer, composer and musician will be presenting "A Retreat Day for All Who Minister on Sunday."  It is a day of reflection for Greeters, Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, Altar Servers, Music Ministry, Ushers, Sacristans, Liturgical Coordinators, Deacons, Presiders, Children's Liturgy of the Word Catechists, and RCIA Dismissal Catechists, Liturgy Committee and Environment Committee.

Friday September 15, 2006 at 7 p.m: An evening of Stories and Songs.

Saturday September 16, 2006 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Day of Reflection.

Christopher Walker is an internationally known lecturer, composer and conductor whose works encompass children’s music for liturgy and catechism plus a wealth of material for all liturgical celebrations. Born and educated in England, Christopher earned his degree in music from Bristol University. He served as director of music at Clifton Cathedral in Bristol and director of music for the Clifton Diocese.

Christopher is presently residing in Los Angeles, where he is combining the roles of music lecturer at Mount St. Mary College and serving as director of music and worship at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. He is also a member of the North American Forum on the Catechumenate. He travels frequently, giving workshops and lectures on liturgy, music and children’s worship.
