	Fr. Charles M. Wible – Pastor e-mail: CWible@archbalt.org   Rev. Charles M. Wible (Fr. Chuck) serves as pastor for SFDS. He is a Baltimore native, and a former Conventual Franciscan Friar. He also has spent time with the Camaldolese Benedictine Monks. Previous to coming to St. Francis de Sales, Fr. Chuck was Associate pastor at St. John the Evangelist, Hydes, St. Joseph, Cockeysville, and Sacred Heart, Glyndon. Fr. Chuck is a teacher, youth minister, musician and writer. His published works include contributions to the Connect and Connect Jr High Religious Education Programs (Silver, Burdett & Ginn); I Do and Beyond: A Guide to Planning the Catholic Wedding Ceremony (Cathedral Foundation Press) and Bible Stories That Speak to Our Heart (Paulist Press).
	Deacon Richard Stine — Permanent Deacon e-mail: Stine619@comcast.net, phone: 410-676-5119   Dick Stine has been in ministry at St. Francis de Sales Parish, since his ordination on September 13, 1986.  He visits the sick and the home bound and organized the parish prayer line.  He has been working with the Sponsor Couple – Pre Cana Program for couples preparing for marriage.  He also holds Communion Services here at St. Francis and at Lorien Nursing Home and the Smith Assisted Living Home.  Among other ministries, Dick conducts the Baptismal Preparation Program.
	Deacon Jim Sullivan – Permanent Deacon e-mail: Deacon_Jim@comcast.net, phone: 410-676-5119 ext. 136 Deacon Jim Sullivan was ordained in May 2003. He presides at weddings, baptisms, funerals and wake services in addition to assisting and preaching at Sunday liturgies. He is a presenter at baptism and marriage preparation classes. He is involved in various parish committees and councils. Deacon Jim is an Associate Chaplain for the Knights of Columbus and also Associate Faithful Friar for the Fourth Degree Assembly of the K of C, as well as, a Franciscan Spiritual Assistant. Deacon Jim has a great interest in Social Action/Justice and is the Parish Coordinator of those ministries. He is married to Kate, his wife of 39 years, who is also an active parishioner of St. Francis de Sales.
	Deacon Alex Rodriquez – Permanent Deacon e-mail: aaarodz@comcast.net, phone: 410-676-2089 Alex Rodriguez was ordained a permanent deacon the May 17, 2003. He is a native of Puerto Rico. Before becoming a deacon Alex was actively involved in the music ministry. Alex was assigned by Cardinal Keeler to assist in the Spanish Liturgy starting July 1, 2003 were he will witness weddings, celebrate baptisms and preach. He will assist in the English liturgy once a week and preach once a month. Alex will also be involved in prison ministry. Alex has a great interest in the Evangelization of Harford county Spanish speaking community and hopes to serve as a liaison between the Spanish and English community of St. Francis. Alex is married to Anita, his wife of 23 years, who is the CCD coordinator for the Aberdeen Proving Ground Edgewood Area Chapel. She is also an active parishioner of St. Francis.
	Lay Ecclesial Ministers
	Doris McKibben – Director of the Preschool e-mail: mndmckibben@comcast.net, phone: 410-676-1870 Doris McKibben is the Preschool Director for our 3 and 4 year-old programs.  She is responsible for planning and supervising all aspects of this program.  She teaches and models Christian values through our preschool religious education program and provides opportunities for the children and their families to put these values into action through community service projects.  She is an advocate for the children and their families within the community and demonstrates positive interpersonal relationships with the children, their parents, staff, and patrons of St. Francis de Sales Parish and Preschool.  She is responsible for providing a caring, safe environment for all the Preschool children and their families.  She provides families with information on community resources to help deal with their problems or needs.  Primarily, Doris supports the mission statement of the parish by providing a welcoming and caring environment for all families who enter our doors.
	Mary Jo Piccolo – Director of Liturgy and Music e-mail: maryjo@stfrancisabingdon.org, phone: 410-676-5119 ext. 123 Mary Jo Piccolo is the Director of Liturgy and Music for our parish community.  Mary Jo has a Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Education and a Masters Degree in Liturgy.  As Director of Liturgy, Mary Jo works with the Liturgy Committee, Environment Committee, Altar Servers, Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors, Ushers, Greeters, Sacristans, and Presiders.  As Director of Music, Mary Jo works with the Cantors, Adult choir, Children’s choir, Contemporary Ensemble, Accompanists, and Handbell choir.  Planning all liturgical services, sacramental liturgies, prayer services and seasonal rituals are also part of the ministry of Director of Liturgy and Music.
	Beth Taneyhill – Director of Faith Formation and On-Site Coordinator e-mail: AdultFaithFormation@stfrancisabingdon.org, phone: 410-676-5119 ext. 121  For Catholics, the invitation to enter more deeply into the mystery of God’s love is an on-going process. Through Adult Faith Formation, various opportunities, such as, small faith sharing groups, scripture study, yearly retreat, reading materials, Advent and Lenten offerings, are provided to grow in that love. The SFDS community actively seeks to further God’s Kingdom in their family, society, workplace and church. In the Ministry of Evangelization, development and implementation of this process happens through welcome, word and outreach to alienated and un-churched people. Beth Taneyhill guides and directs these ministries. Her love is the People of God and music. She invites you to come, see and enter in.

By developing a curriculum that is flexible, diversified but faith-filled, Betty and Patrick offer candidates for Confirmation and high schoolers an environment to grow in faith and parish life while coping with today's world. Presently they are preparing to do the same with the middle school program.
	Diane Lewis - Coordinator of Elementary Catechesis and Youth Minister e-mail: sfeducation@archbalt.org, phone: 410-676-5119 ext. 115   Diane will serve as Youth Minister and will focus on social programs for the youth and leading the youth in service and prayer experiences. Diane is also wearing a second hat. She will serve as Coordinator of Catechesis for K through Grade 5. In this role, Diane will be tending to numerous administrative responsibilities to make the program run well and remain the highest of quality.

	Beth Marchiano – SFDS Parish Manager e-mail: bmarchiano@stfrancisabingdon.org, phone: 410-676-5119 ext. 114 Beth serves as the parish manger who oversees the daily functions of facilities, administration, and finance for SFDS. Beth will also represent SFDS at Arch Diocese of Baltimore meetings as it pertains to Parish Management. A graduate of the University of Baltimore, Beth has over 10 years experience in operations management. Beth is married to Keith Marchiano and has two children, Emma and Joshua. She is also an active volunteer in CLOW and Religious Education.
	Sandy Gill – Office Manager e-mail: sfmanager@archbalt.org, phone: 410-676-5119 ext. 110 Sandy Gill is the Office Manager. Sandy has been employed at St. Francis de Sales since 1982. Sandy is the heartbeat of the office and of the administrative flow of the parish. She knows what is supposed to happen and provides the coordination to make sure that things go smoothly.  Sandy's job is not just a job it is a ministry. If you call or come to the Parish Office you will relate to Sandy for one thing or another. She is a great support to many of our volunteers. Sandy is also a catechist for the past 28 years for the 2nd grade Religious Education here at St. Francis de Sales. Sandy loves music and leads the congregation in song as a Cantor regularly at the 5 p.m. Masses. Sandy is assisted in the office by Dorothy Beeker and Lisa Borkoski and five volunteers who assist her in answering phones, etc. Sandy will be married for 39 years in November to her husband Charlie and has five grandchildren.
	Susan Pfarr - Finance Manager e-mail: sffinance@archbalt.org, phone: 410-676-5119 ext. 116 Susan is the Parish Finance Manager. She and her family have been members of the parish since August 1993, and she has been an employee since November 2001. Susan is responsible for compiling the parish budget and monthly financial reporting, and presenting this data to the Parish Finance Committee and reporting financial information to the Archdiocese of Baltimore. She is also responsible for payroll, accounts payable and Religious Education accounts receivable. Susan is married to Phil Pfarr and they have 4 children, Philip, Jacquilyn, Sean and Erin.
	Lisa Borkoski - Office Assistant e-mail: lborkoski@stfrancisabingdon.org Lisa has been employed since 2001. Her work includes Baptism registration, Faith Formation registration and a variety of general office duties. Lisa and her family have been members of St. Francis de Sales since 1991. Her husband, John, volunteers for St. Vincent de Paul, and their children, Rachel and John, volunteer for Vacation Bible School,  Faith Formation and weekend liturgies.
